Dispatch & Shipping

Dispatch / Build Time & Delivery (UK Only)

Standard build time is within 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday) of your order. Express build time can be purchased to push your order to the front of the queue. Orders placed with Express build time will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order.

We are unable to add / request specialist delivery instructions as DPD do not provide this service.

Please note that during busier periods such as the time period surrounding Christmas, there may be a slight increase in dispatch times. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us prior to ordering.

We will release our last order dates during November/December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Our chosen courier for mainland UK is DPD. Standard delivery in the UK is FREE when spending above £100, however you can upgrade your delivery option at checkout.

Delivery costs and timescales are given at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery timescales, they are described by DPD as ‘aims’ only. The only guaranteed delivery option from DPD is Special Delivery Guaranteed. This is only guaranteed for deliveries on Monday – Friday. In the event a Special Delivery does not attempt delivery, we will refund your postage.

We ship parcels worldwide using DHL Express. This is fully tracked and you will be sent an email and a text with your tracking number and you can easily see where your parcel is. All international parcels aim to be delivered within 5-7 working days of dispatch. However we have experienced shorter turnarounds since being with DHL Express.

During busier periods, such as Christmas, our delivery partners may experience delays that are out of our control. Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to ordering.

Delivery timescales are ‘aim’s only. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee any delivery timescales as these are out of our control.

P.O Box/Military Base/Other Restricted Access Sites 

Due to reasons out of our control, we are unable to deliver to any P.O. Boxes, either within the UK or International. Our couriers have advised us that they are unable to deliver to these as they need a physical address to deliver too.


We are able to deliver to Military Bases, providing they have a dedicated mail room and not operating under a P.O Box

If your delivery address has restricted access or needs to be accessed in a specific way, please let us know when placing your order by emailing hello@defygaminguk.com as we will be able to update the courier to meet your specific needs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We can unfortunately not be liable for sending items to an address that has been incorrectly provided. If you believe you’ve given us an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible on hello@defygaminguk.com.

Once items are dispatched they are in the control of the courier. Refunds or replacements will not be given when customers have provided an incorrect delivery address nor are Defy Gaming responsible for locating the lost item.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, there will be a charge to return the item to you to cover both our time in administrating the return and further shipping costs. Our administration costs are £10.00 per item and the shipping costs are calculated as are advertised at checkout at the current time.

All returns/repairs will also be sent back to your original postage address unless agreed otherwise so please state if this has changed.

Missed Deliveries

If DPD try to deliver and you’re not in or refuse the parcel, it will be taken to your local delivery office. More information on arranging redelivery can found here:https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/how-can-we-help/index.jsp

If you do not collect your parcel within DPD’s time frame, then DPD will return the item to us. Once your item has been received by us we will refund you for your item minus any fees such as postage costs, dispatch costs and restocking fees. Please see our returns policy for more information on charges and terms. Should you still require your item additional postage will be required prior to dispatch, charged at the current rate.

For all other couriers than DPD, please see their website for information on missed deliveries. Most will post a card with reference through your door or you can use the tracking information provided by us.

Missed Deliveries International

For international deliveries, you will receive an email from DHL, as well as a text, to organise a redelivery attempt. This will be accessible up to two (2) times. After these attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. The customer will then need to pay for re-delivery. 

There will be a charge to return the item to you to cover both our time in administrating the return as well as shipping costs. Our administration costs are £10.00 per item and the shipping costs are calculated as are advertised at checkout at the current time.

Increase in Dispatch and Delivery During Busy Periods

Please be aware that during busy periods, such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, sales and postage strikes there may be an increase in both dispatch and delivery timescales.

November and December are notoriously busy for couriers worldwide due to the holidays celebrated such as Christmas, and as such we publish ‘cut-off’ times for guaranteed delivery by Christmas each year. We also advise that there can be severe delays in delivery due to the high volume with couriers.

We will be shipping out parcels as close to Christmas as we possibly can, however if they are past the guaranteed delivery date, then we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in time for Christmas. If you are order past the guaranteed date, then please do so at your own risk as Defy Gaming will not be liable for your order not arriving in time.
